PROJECT CARGO
Project cargo logistics refers to the part or whole process of professional logistics services provided by 3PL or 4PL suppliers required by the whole course of transport, storage and assembly of the equipment, facilities and materials related to the construction projects.
It requires a high level of the expertise and strong capability of integrating the resources as the operation is about high complexity, long time span, heavy lifts, multi-national, trans-regional and cross-industrial handlings.

01 The transnational relocation of plants;
02 The importation of big assembly lines;
03 The equipment and construction machinery export for the contracted projects;
04 The import and export offull-set equipment;
05 The organization,transporation and installation ofthe equipment globally sourced by TNCs
● Preliminary investigation on port loading capacity and technigues
● Routes investigation on the constraints ofroads, waterways railroads,tunnels, culverts, bridges and toll stations so as to choose the best transporation routes
● Evaluate, select and coordinate the suppliers that are capable of handling the oversized and overweight pieces.Develop the
reasonable and feasible transport plan and emergency case solutions ● Handle vessel chartering, break bulk space booking and aircraft chartering ● Participate the designing ofthe special tools, and provide particular consultation service on port operations and road transportation ● Correctly prepare all the documents for customs clearance, duty payment, transit customs,inspection, tally and claims ● Track cargo through GPS ● Supervise on site ofthe operation with technical and safety support
